I guess so. I heard someone say they were allergic to sugar. It would be really hard live if you were allergic to water. Everything has water. Having a shower, drinks like coffee & tea. Your body is made of about 70% of water.

given the fact that water is part of the natural body system its not specifically possible to be allergic to water, however depending on if the water if filtered, like by a water softener, then you could be allergic to something in the water, a mineral, or chlorine or something of the sort.

I have never heard of it but that would mean being allergic to our own bodies which are made up of about 70% of water.

No, our bodys are over 70% water, but we can be allergic to whats floating around in the water, like pollen or dust etc.

Yes.
There's a very moving documentary called 'The Boy Whose Skin Fell Off', about having that rare condition.
There are also people who are allergic to sunlight, and even oxygen!

yes, if the water is mixed with some other chemicals. it happened to my child, she took a pool bath, the water of which, containing some levels of chlorine and we found out she is sensitive to that. her skin became moderately red
