Thomas Jefferson and John Adams submitted a report to the Continental Congress in 1786 (I believe) where they defined Radical Islamic Nations as a threat to American Interests abroad.
In a letter to a General contained in his Memoirs Thomas Jefferson makes mention of the tactics of Terrorism used by an Islamic nation that Jefferson had gone to war with in 1801.
Since the CIA was not around in either 1786 or 1801 I do not believe that Islamic Terrorism was started by the CIA.
Where do you people come up with this stuff?
