To some degree or another, humans have explored every planet in our Solar System. Although people have physically been only to the Earth and Moon, robotic exploration craft have visited all the other planets. Not every planet could have a surface landing, but lots of pictures, images and many scientific measurements have been taken at all the other planets.

Incidentally, some astronomers consider the Earth-Moon system to be a dual-planet system, since the Moon is so large compared to the size of the Earth. No other planet has a moon as proportionally as large as the Earth's -- not even close.

Outside the Solar System, many other planets have been identified and some rudimentary measurements taken. It would be hard to say that these planets have been "explored," however.

Humans did not land on any planet(the moon is not a planet)
Spacecraft and rovers landed on Venus and Mars.
Galileo spacecraft send a machine into the atmosphere of Jupiter, but the giant does not have a solid ground.
The missions :viking, voyager and pioneer came close to all planets

Humans have not landed on any other planets (..the moon is not a planet..) Our space probes have landed on Venus and Mars. Other space probes have closely examined all the other planets while flying passed them (..remember that Pluto is officially no longer a planet so I left it out completely..)

Earth (although not thoroughly). No planets have been explored by men (unless you say by probe or something) because the radiation layer surrounding the Earth is hazardous to men

Only the Earth. Unfortunately we have not actually set foot on any other planet. We have put landers on Venus and Mars and see all the others from afar. Hopefully that will change very soon!!

humans haven't landed on other planets yet, just the moon, but space probes went as far as neptune, voyager 1 and 2 launched in the late '70s.

define how you are using "explored"

We've only been to the moon and the earth but we have sent robots to mars and orbiters to a few others. I know we checked out Europa which is a moon by Saturn.
