I was turned into a vampire and am trying to e beck to a human. I need 1 more grand soul gem. I went to all the mage guilds and can't find anymore. I was wondering where else they could be? I also need to know where an oblivion gate is so I can get some blood grass.

Oblivion gates are everywhere, wait, have you beaten the main quest yet? The gates are tied to the main quest, the further you've gone, the more there are. At one point, a gate shows up near every city. If you've beaten the main quest, there are no more Oblivion gates, although sometimes you can find Bloodgrass near gate ruins.
If I remember correctly, there is a GSG in the basement of the witch's hut where you were told to find 5 GSG's. There are also two in the mages guild hall in Chorrol, and one in the main hall of the Arcane University, as well as one in the Mages Quarters there. You can also buy them from any of the Mages Guild Alchemists in the guild halls.

Bwahahahaha. Vampire. Anyway... Oblivion gates are often found outside towns, so hey, there you go. If you already closed the ones outside of the town, well, sucks to be you. You'll have to travel along the roads to find one. When the skies turn red, it indicates that there's a gate nearby. Then look around.
And grand soul gems? Er, try buying one if you can't find it and fill it up using Soul Trap.

you can buy bloodgrass at one of the alchemy shops, i think bruma or bravil, the one with the lucky lady statue i think.
soul gems are common in alyied ruins i think...
