If you are talking about the tanning bed...NO WAY! I did not know I was a month pregnant, so I had gone tanning, when I got out of a 4 minute session my body was so burnt that it itched constantly and I ended up in the emergency room...that is when I found out that I was going to have a baby. I also had this pinkish redish ring over the front of my stomach and it did not go away until my son was almost two years old! I am sure tanning for each pregy would be different in circumstances but I would not recommend any tanning...get the spray on for now.

It's not safe to tan even if you aren't pregnant. Tanning booths are not a good option (It's actually worse than being out in the sun)

nope in a tanning booth it would bake your baby.. sun tan make sure your belly is covered up..
