NO it is not real. It is an ongoing SCAM to get your personal information. Forward it to abuse@yahoo.com, mark it as spam and delete it. And stop opening emails from people you don't know!

The phone numbers given are mobile phone numbers. why would a legitimate company not supply a proper landline number?
Another clue that this is a scam is the woman's name. It is not usual practice to include one's title (Mr, Mrs etc) before one's name. Mrs is a courtesy title which should only be used by other people, not by yourself. This suggests that the writer is not a native English speaker, otherwise they would know this.
Walkers (with the S), by the way, is a very unusual name: there is only one listed in the whole of London and none in any of the other major cities. I suggest this is a made-up name.
