I don't get it. Are you saying a woman is hitting her husband in front of their child? That is all the more reason for the man to put a stop to it. And how can she commit polygamy in front of a child? Do you know what that word means? It means being married to more than one person. How can she threaten to take one of her husbands to court, if in doing so she will be convicted of polygamy and put in prison? Or, is polygamy legal where you live? Yeah, I definitely do not understand this question.

First of all, if this is real, then you need to build a case file. Really, document all instances of this abuse. Her basic threat is 'I can do all I want, you have to accept, otherwise I'll claim you abused me'. So don't give her any facts to support her, and gather evidence to support your side of the story. It depends on what laws you are subject to, because it goes without saying that you shouldn't do anything that is illegal.
I'd also try and get legal aid. Once you have protected yourself against any trumped up charge, you can decide, accept the abuse, or put an end to it. Good, accurate records will argue your case, and you have reasons that validate your actions, so you present a consistent and documented story. That's the best protection against lies, from any angle. Of course, for best effect, don't let her know you are putting together a case file.

sounds like a divorce is imminent....remove yourself from situation before she has a chance to set you up, and if a fight breaks out, leave the home. When moving out, have a friend or family member to witness and keep your mouth shut, and temper down. Call police if need be.
