My fiance and I are planning to move from the Churchhill area (apartment central!) He wants to move to the Great Northwest, but I think it's getting overcrowded out there. I noticed a lot of people are moving in that general direction (Sea World area). Any suggestions?

I would avoid the NW (Sea World) area like a heart attack! It's a great part of town but traffic is getting ridiculous. Seriously, don't take my word for it. Take a leisurely drive through that part of town during morning or evening rush hour. You'll pull your hair out!

If I was to recommend a location it would be anywhere N or NE part of town. The area is exploding just as fast but traffic is much better. Don't forget you'll also be closer to the 35 so getting to the other cities will be a breeze.

I live in the Great Northwest area. It is crowded as far as traffic is concerned. It's a good place to move to, stores and restaurants are popping up everywhere. I like it because our particular neighborhood is quiet, and there is so much around here now. I think it's about the same as the Churchill area as far as crowding is concerned. I disagree with the first answer, I don't like the NE side neighborhoods.
