Not sure about netball, but the starbucks in Winchester has art sessions for kids on a Tuesday.

In High Wycombe there is a big netball league, that plays at Kingsmead netball courts on the Rye - which is just off the London road.
If you search for "high wycombe netball" you should find the town's page for recreation and it mentions an under 10 league that is run on Saturday mornings.
I used to play in a junior leage at Kingsmead a number of years ago now and it was so much fun, so I highly recommend it. If you don't live near High Wycombe, maybe you could contact the Wycombe league to see if they know more about other leagues in the county?
