What are some benefits for being left handed?

When you use an ATM at a bank while you are in your car, you can type with your good hand. Righties cant reach the keys and have to use their left hand.

I am left handed and I can think of no benefits whatsoever. We just get fed up of people saying 'oh are you left handed?' to which I reply 'no I am just writing with my left hand for the huge comical factor.

People who are lefthanded are said to be more artistic since the right side of the brain is used, whereas it is the left for righties.

But actually there not much difference, exept stuff like using a mouse, scissors, etc.

It is an advantage to be ambidextuous though...

When you write in a language the Reads from right to left (Like Arabic or Hebrew) you don't smear the ink.

well they say if you're left handed you tend to use the right side of your brain more which does a lot of the creative processing...I use both my left and my right so I'm equal minded.
