I have had a contrct with Three for 13months and I have experience problems with my phone 4 times now. I sent it back the 3rd time and they replaced it but gave me an old battery back. A few weeks later I experience same problems my phone kept cutting out. I sent it away and three, phoned me up saying they couldn’t find a problem with my phone. I explain that it is a battery fault as keeps cutting out. They said they would replace battery which never happened. They said it back after 8days. And I experience same problems and I need the phone for business calls sometimes. How can I get out of the contract as I having some much trouble with the phone ?
