is it better to hire a freaser girl than a boy?

as girls in 18_21 age group are more mature than a boy,just in his post teen.

not really... some 'fresher' boys can spell better than some 'freaser' girls.... :-)

I suggest that this kind of bias should be there while giving a job... unless there are compelling reasons for that.. if the qualific.. match then choosing a girl over a boy will not be proper...
