It all depends on where you are in your cycle. If there is an egg that can be fertilized somewhere close to your period then there is a chance you can get pregnant.
In most cases though there isn't an egg and you are having your period because it's washing away what happened the month before. Kind of like a fresh and new start. Although I am sure some people have gotten pregnant on their period or a little after because sperm can live 3-5 days.
Usually if you get your period you aren't pregnant and probably won't.

Well in theory, you can since sperm can survive inside you for 5-7 days...It's hard to know exactly when you ovulate but it could be that you ovulate right after your period and if that happens you CAN get pregnant. But it's not all that common. Still, I'd say don't walk on the wild side with this one. Use a condom.

No it won't lead to pregnancy. Menstruating or shedding blood is the best indicator that you are NOT pregnant.
2 weeks before we bleed/menstruate, blood starts to accumulate within the lining of our uterus, so that the fertilized ovum will have someplace to embed itself into and nourish the growing fetus. After 2 weeks and no ovum/egg was fertilized by a sperm, the egg disintegrates and sheds off with the endometrial lining/menstrual blood hence we "bleed" or menstruate.
Women ovulates only once in a given month, and our period signals the end or death of the ovum not fertilized.

There are such rare cases where you could get pregnant if you ovulate just after your period as you know a sperm could stay for about 5-7 days if i am not wrong. Better use a condom if you do not want to get pregnant.

Having sex anytime there is viable sperm meeting a viable egg may result in pregnancy. Women can get pregnant while menstruating -- it's less common, but it happens.

It can but it is rare. Some women have spotting while ovulating and think that they are having a light period, and some women have cycles that are totally off and will get pregnant while on their period.

This is very possible, although more rare than other times of months, sometimes it actually can happen, since your cervix is open. Although it is unsafe since infection can take place since it is cleaning itself out, but yes you can very well become pregnant on your period, anytime is possible, although some times are more possible than others
