Basically, i look quite slim, would like to gain weight in my thighs and have larger hips. My legs also look quite thin. I would like to gain overall weight. Pls help on the kind of diet and exceise that i need to do. I need to gain weight by end of June this year.

you can buy high calorie weight gain drinks from health stores have a few of them theres like 2000 calories in each drink.

The answer is : Get Married. I did and put on about 80 lbs.../sigh I'm such a cow now.

Try starting at a gym and drinking that weight gainer crap.

Increase your food intake - up the calories and do weight training which will build up muscle. I suggest joining a gym and getting the advice of a personal trainer. Perhaps also a visit to your Drs for advice.

well i have never had a problem with getting someone but what you probly need to do is talk to like a health teacher or something because it depends on your body type a stuff
