It would be a pretty chaotic world, my friend. Due to all the villains that are already super powerfull in both comics and most manga. Battles between them would be chaotic enough let alone if any of the heroes would try and stop them. The world would literally end.

I think it will be disaster if all the cartoons, comics or manga come to life...all of them will fight and argue with each other to conquer this world...and human will be their slave...that's not good.

Right off the top of my head, I would have to either go with Galactus or Goku. It would be a close fight but I would have to go with Galactus. I would say Thanos but he is kinda dead right now.
