I tried to remove some harden dirt on our cream ceramic floor tiles in our kitchen with a kitchen spray (same brand as one I would have previously used & everything was fine) but the following day there were all white stains wher I had sprayed the cleaner...is there ANY way to salvage this?

It's not a stain. The color has been removed.

Sorry to hear this, but there is no way to fix your problem once bleach takes out the color you can never fix it, you just have to live with the unsightly white stains on your ceramic tiles. Good Luck !
