had it a week and used once as spilt somthin on it and wont wipe off

says not use abbrasive things on it or harsh cleaners

Use hot water and a brillo pad ...very gently.

Sometimes you can remove baked on food by, after soaking and removing the bulk of the food,making a paste of baking soda and water and rubbing this mix on the cooker. You may have to repeat this a few times due to the fact that the paste is so minimally abrasive. Takes a little effort but won't ruin your cooker.

Someone told me baby wipes work a treat - shouldn't do any damage anyway, worth a try.
