The pineal gland is classed as the 3rd Eye in other words the Eye of the supernatural ,the psychic awareness area. You have to focus on the central part of the forehead,this is where it is situated, envisage a camera lens opening and closing, it is a good exercise, you must however close the 3rd eye when you have finished because you will quickly become exhausted.Being a psychic is hard work and often you are misunderstood, however it is a very worthwhile thing to do.
