The First day of my last period was feb. 9th, I have had brown spotting for the past 3-4 days,no red or pink, no cramping,no pain. Can stress cause this abormality,or should I take a preggo test?

I'm 20,so Im not going through "the change".

Yes stress can cause you to not get pregnant but if you are pregnant it will show.

If your period hasnt come since the 9th, I would take a pregnancy test, if you havent already, that can dispell some of your stress. After that, if negetive...I would call my doc if you dont have insurance I would contact planned parenthood, (for an exam-they arent just for abortions! ) But it seems as though your body might be trying to start "something" And you are right, you are very young to be going through, the change or even have any :"changes"
also...you can go to www.webmd.com and check out irregular periods to kinda answer some questions until you are seen by a medical professional! Take care...

it sounds like it could be just a light period or it could be implantation bleeding which is a light spotting brown discharge. i think you should take a test just to be assure of yourself. good luck.

that normal,give it a few more days if you still have it or you wont it over now do a douching.
