He's a nice guy and a mate- but going through a rough patch and would probably get sacked for it-which would make his life even worse.
I'll only get a smack on the wrists for it-trouble is I suspect my boss realises that it wasn't me who messed up in the first place and that I am covering up for him-not convinced I did the right thing-Too late to do anything about it now without losing credibility-What do you think?

It is never too late to tell the truth - tell your boss and talk to your mate about getting his act together!! You can't always be there to take the fall - remember if God brings you to it, He will get you through it!! God Bless You!!!
