I want to upgrade my laptop's memory but I'm not sure if I should get a DDR1 or a DDR2. The manual doesn't even tell if the laptop's model is a DDR1 or DDR2 so I don't really know. Does anyone here who has the same thing or knows what RAM it has?

Don't depend on Yahoo Answers for these questions. The only reliable answer will be from Toshiba's tech support, so call them and ask, or try to go their website and look your computer up and see if it says which it is in the specs.

first off it is called ddr ram not ddr1 just because there is ddr2 doesnt make it dd1 on further note you have straight up ddr sdram you can use pc2100 or pc2700 but 2700 is cheaper it is newer also but it is cheaper because more of it is produced, simple supply and demand that is all it is
