if batsmans hits ball and his bat goes in the air and fielder catches the BAT instead of ball then does that batsman delcared out in cricket?

no such thing bro....

no one ever did this and in cricket rules it is not stated that batsman will be declared as out if bat is caught instead of ball..

infact, who will be going to catch the bat....
bat is not soft like ball....one hit in different parts might make you injured heavily...
bat will fly to the fielder and the fielder will obviously move away from the position...simple as that

Never heard of a fielder catching a bat before. I think balls are a bit easier to catch than bats. Although, if it is the winged variety of bat you refer to, a fielder may get many attempts to catch it before it hits the ground (if it ever hits the ground). I suspect that, to be out when the bats are flying, they would have to play cricket in the dark.

If a fielder catches a bat instead of ball and then raise apeal for out then I will get out that fielder from that match. there is no way to give him out if one cathces the bat not ball.

No.IT CANT BE OUT UNLESS HE catches the ball.The batsman will be out if a fielder catches both the ball & bat!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA
