hey plz help my pc is not opening?

when i turn on electrick to my pc it cry (biiiiiiiiiip biiiiiiiiiip such as long biiiiiiiip again i heard small biiip maybe come from ram but i dont know plz help me
this problem is about a matter such as ram video card mother board??**

it is ram problem change your ram then used it
