1) Why are some people sexually obsessed with tickling fetishism?
Generally when the tickler is tickling the ticklee and the ticklee is not wearing any clothing (or very limited clothing) the tickler will tickle erotic places and it can become a wonderful form of extended foreplay.
2) What are the considerable advantages and disadvantages of tickling?
The disadvantages occur in non-consensual tickling. The ticklee can feel violated. The ticklee can feel disrespected. The ticklee can feel scared and become upset. The ticklee might have a weak bladder which may cause him/her to wet themselves involuntarily causing shame and embarrassment. The ticklee can feel embarrassment if others are watching. The ticklee can feel embarrassment if he/she becomes involuntarily sexually aroused. ...
The advantages of consensual tickling is that both parties can have an incredibly fun time. The ticklee can receive health benefirts if having fun because the brain floods the body with healthful endorphins while he/she is laughing and these endorphions reduce stress and promote healing (laughter is the best medicine!). Consensual tickling is a great way of bonding with somebody. Consensual tickling is incredible foreplay for lovers.
3) What is the feeling you get when you are a experimental element (get tied and being tickled in a long time beyond hysteria) of a fetishist?
It really depends on the tickling style and desires of the tickler. If the tickler wants to give you air breaks as needed, you can reach a state of euphoria where everything tickles but, since the tickler has built a trust with you, you feel safe and you enjoy it quite a bit. If the tickler pushes you past your limits and you are not receiving as many air breaks as you desire, you might feel scared and become angry and lose all the benefits that your endorphins can provide.
4) Is there a possibility that you can die or faint through tickling?
Tickling, in and of itself, cannot cause death. It is possible to tickle somebody to death if that person has a medical condition such as asthma or a heart condition but it would be listed as an asthma attack or a heart attack as the cause of death - not tickling. It is possible to tickle somebody into unconsciousness if they are not getting enough air to breath.
5) What's your most ticklish spot?
I am ticklish from head to toe but my most ticklish places are my legs/thighs and my neck. I am also very ticklish on my feet and armpits and I love to be tickled by ladies! Any takers?

1) I don't know. I have never heard of anyone being sexually obsessed with tickling.
2) If you're with your girlfriend it could be fun to tickle her to help get her relaxed and have an excuse to be close but only if she likes it. Some don't.
3) From my experience, it's funny at first but when I'm tickled in the same places for a long time the spots get desensitized and doesn't make me laugh anymore. It's not painful, just not funny anymore.
4) I haven't fainted yet and haven't heard of anyone fainting or dieing.
5) I'm most ticklish on my neck and on the sides.

I think I am qualified to answer this one.
1) Being able to tickle a willing victim can be an excellent form of foreplay. It can also be addictive to those who never considered it before then try it. My wife is truly addicted to tickle torturing me.
2) Advantages for tickling includes the workout one can go through by trying to avoid being tickled or tickling another. Endorphins from laughter make tickling a willing victim an excellent way to stay healthy. It can also remove stress (my wife is always more than willing to use tickling to get me out of a bad mood). Disadvantages include having the love/HATE relationship to tickling if you are tickled - there is always the hate side to deal with to some degree. You should never tickle torture an unwilling victim.
3) If the context is right one can experience a very sensual/sexual experience when experimenting with bondage, etc.
4) I have been tickled more than most humans from light sensuous to tickle torture. I have never experienced fainting or death. I haven't heard of someone dealing with either.
5) I have ticklish spots all over my body, but my feet/toes and underarms are THE WORST.

It could be construed as torture if one is tied up and couldn't resist in any way.
1. For some, tickling is pleasurable and then can be a part of a sexual act.
2. Considerable advantages and disadvantages? In my opinion, none, except for some they enjoy a sense of laughter.
3. I wouldn't want to be tied up for a tickling session.
4. I wouldn't know regarding death or fainting spells.
5. My neck.

For some, it is painful, but I doubt they'd die from it. Lots of nerve endings there. Some people are not ticklish either by nature or they have learned it.
