If you are tied up and tickled for prolonged of time then that is definetely a body torture and that type of tickling turn me on and that is the one that I enjoy the most.
1). For that matter I think that people enjoy tickling fetishism before they making love so that they could increase the intensity of sex.
2). Advantage: Excitement, pleasure, laugh, fun, increase of hormon.
Disadvantage: Cry, breathless, painful, terrified and you can get pee during tickling.
3). It's hard to describe it but you just laugh uncontrollably during tickling without realizing what is actually happening. I get more fun and laughter, despite the partner have a full control of you I regard that as an excitement and dominance and you have to be able to overcome it. Regardless to the fact that it is difficult to breath, I have to withstand that weakness so that I wouldn't ruin the tickling.
4). I doubt that, because I haven't heard people that die because of tickling.
5). Sides, Armpits, Nipples, Waist.

1) Why are some people sexually obsessed with tickling fetishism?
Generally when the tickler is tickling the ticklee and the ticklee is not wearing any clothing (or very limited clothing) the tickler will tickle erotic places and it can become a wonderful form of extended foreplay.

2) What are the considerable advantages and disadvantages of tickling?
The disadvantages occur in non-consensual tickling. The ticklee can feel violated. The ticklee can feel disrespected. The ticklee can feel scared and become upset. The ticklee might have a weak bladder which may cause him/her to wet themselves involuntarily causing shame and embarrassment. The ticklee can feel embarrassment if others are watching. The ticklee can feel embarrassment if he/she becomes involuntarily sexually aroused. ...

The advantages of consensual tickling is that both parties can have an incredibly fun time. The ticklee can receive health benefirts if having fun because the brain floods the body with healthful endorphins while he/she is laughing and these endorphions reduce stress and promote healing (laughter is the best medicine!). Consensual tickling is a great way of bonding with somebody. Consensual tickling is incredible foreplay for lovers.

3) What is the feeling you get when you are a experimental element (get tied and being tickled in a long time beyond hysteria) of a fetishist?
It really depends on the tickling style and desires of the tickler. If the tickler wants to give you air breaks as needed, you can reach a state of euphoria where everything tickles but, since the tickler has built a trust with you, you feel safe and you enjoy it quite a bit. If the tickler pushes you past your limits and you are not receiving as many air breaks as you desire, you might feel scared and become angry and lose all the benefits that your endorphins can provide.

4) Is there a possibility that you can die or faint through tickling?
Tickling, in and of itself, cannot cause death. It is possible to tickle somebody to death if that person has a medical condition such as asthma or a heart condition but it would be listed as an asthma attack or a heart attack as the cause of death - not tickling. It is possible to tickle somebody into unconsciousness if they are not getting enough air to breath.

5) What's your most ticklish spot?
I am ticklish from head to toe but my most ticklish places are my legs/thighs and my neck. I am also very ticklish on my feet and armpits and I love to be tickled by ladies! Any takers?

For me, tickling is an intense form of teasing that can be a major turn on. I enjoy both being tickled or tickling almost equally.
1) I personally have been obsessed with tickling since childhood. I always enjoyed the sensations being tickled would cause in me. As I reached maturity, tickling became a natural extension of my sexuality. I include tickling in my sexual relationships whenever possible. There is nothing more sensuous for me than to watch my partner react in response to my ticklish touches. However, it is possible to be tickled or to tickle in a non-sexual manner in some instances.
2) The advantage of being tickled for me is the release of endorphins I get after a good tickling session. The feelings I get are really very similar to a runner's high. A disadvantage of tickling can be that if you tickle someone who doesn't like it, you might get punched! Non-consensual tickling is not a good practice.
3) I personally love beng restrained and tickled for long periods of time. I truly enjoy turning the tables with the right tickle victims as well. An expert tickler once worked me over for 3 hours. I was completely exhausted at the end of my ordeal, but wanted even more.
4) I have been tickled to unconsciousness by an experienced tickler while bound. I personally did not dislike the feeling. But I'm an extremely healthy individual. If a tickling victim was suffering from poor health, I can see how someone might suffer more extreme consequences from continuous tickling.
5) On a scale of 1 to 10, the soles of my feet are an 11! Any ticklers out there want to find out?

Hummm, I hate to be tickled. Yes, you can die from being tickled to the point where you lose your breath and can't breath. I'm not particularly knowledgeable about the rest. But I hope some of my answer helped.
