It depends what you need it for. Personally I use GameFaqs for walkthroughs and cheats, Gamespot and gamespy for patches etc (planetvampire for Vampire the masquerade). I also have quite a few game publishers websites in my favourites - THQ for example (who also send me newsletters every now and then) for info on upcoming games.
May I ask why you're asking? I might be able to be of more help then.

go on www.msn.com then click on games.
they have a whole range of games from uno to casino games like texas hold em.
if that doesnt take your pick then try teagames.com
