Actually its not piracy because piracy is when you make a profit from the actual copy but in this case you can download a movie or file for preview matters and then maybe buy it if you liked it, also if you own the movie or file you can copy it for security reasons and you can even share it(without asking for money for it) for preview reasons, so please be more informed next time you post something doc_who2000
As for answering the question at hand you can download from almost any torrent site, you can also try emule, i think youll have better luck there since the movie you want its kinda old.
you can also try Mirc or newsgroups.

Use torrents. They are the easiest.
Download bitlord. Then use a torrents site to search for what you are looking for, when you find it download it. And open it up in the program Bitlord. It might take an hour or more (Depends on your computer) but when it is finished you can watch it/burn it whatever.

Why don't you just out and buy or rent it on DVD? It's also pretty cheap to buy at stores like Wal-Mart etc..
It's illegal and against the law to do what you want to do.
You are breaking the law by doing this.It's illegal. It's illegal privacy. Movies,software,music are all "intellectual property" . This means that studios etc can fine you a lot of money.I know for movies on DVD it's $250,000 or 5 years in jail. Is is really worth that just so you can see them for free?
