It depends on how much tickle can a body cope.
1. Tht actually depends on self choice, some people like and express tht they feel the blood flow rush throughout their body which gives them tht out of the world feeling (something like choking fetish). The breathless sexual desire, a extreme way to enjoy sex.
2.Advantages: laugh, happy, blood flow rush throughout the body, fun, funny.
Disadvantages: breathless, faint, die, cry, scary, heart stop.
3. Personally, not being a fan of tickling fetishist, i would say it would be kind of scarry. Frankly, it would be a nightmare. I would predict the if i was tied up and tickled, maybe i could faint if the process takes more than 15 minutes bcs i guess it would be too EXTREME and i would be totally out of BREATH.
4. There have been alot of causes of people fainting when tickled and also i have read abt many deaths during tickle fetishism.
5. My fiance's tickle spot would be neck, belly, shoulders and feet. For me, well i guess feet.

1) at some point someone was curious and combined the two and most people who actually do it love it so much it can be addictive.
2) the endorphins from laughter, the exercise, and the private dynamic are all advantages to tickling. Non-consensual tickling is a major disadvantage.
3) I feel that bondage with tickling occurs with those really comfortable with their tickle fetish. At this stage they must consider themselves fetishists.
4) No case of dying from tickling and I have never heard of or experienced myself a fainting.
5) under my toes, feet, under my arms, and neck

You may want to try posting an add on a site like The Tickle Media Forum. They have an entire section dedicated to this sort of thing. I'm sure you would get a few responses. You could also go the more traditional route and try posting on Craig's List.

1) I think people love to make someone they are attracted to squirm uncontrolably. It's a power trip, and can be very sexual if done right ;)
2) I think tickling is an evolutionary advantage because it allows children to play-fight, and learn to protect their sensitve areas (stomach, etc) I think ticklish feet, and other areas are more of a happy side-effect of the large accumulation of nerves necessary for tactile performance.
3) I think that feeling might be excitement? (but I dont really understand that part of the question)
4) you can certainly faint from tickling, I have been close to that several times myself! -I dont think you can die, unless there are other circumstances involved (tickling someone while they are holding on to the edge of a cliff, for example)
5) my feet are definately my most ticklish spot, but I am hyper-ticklish all over.
(does that count as 5 questions?) :p
