I am a Filipino American! I had been to California and Nevada, both in the USA and in Hongkong!
I am studying Geography through Microsoft Encarta for Kids, Premium DVD, Yahoo travel and answers and about.com. I had studied the 50 US States, Canada, a part of Europe and Asia.
I once asked my father when he was still alive what place is the most beatiful! He was a Retired US Navy and travelled alot.
He answered it is the Philippines, because he has his house here and his family. I thought it was corny. However, when I was in San Francisco in 2005 for Thanksgiving and the Christmas season I realized that my father was right. San Francisco might be one of the most beautiful cities in the world but I feel so empty because my family arent with me! I really cried that Christmas because it is my first Christmas away from home. Some places might be beautiful but it is only superficial! There is definitely no place like home.
Philippines might be a 3rd world country but it is the best for me! No material wealth can ever replace being with your family. My relatives abroad have been hospitable but I really missed my room!

tonga, i caught an import/export boat there a few years ago and i had no home but it was nice enough weather to where i could just make a little hut/shack type thing by the beach. people are real nice there and there was always people that would hire you for a day or two to help with farming work. its really the most beautiful place i have ever been. the culture rocks too.
