That really depends on who you want to punish really. I mean if it's a boyfriend well you'd be deprieving yourself as well if you use the "no sex" option..assuming he is good..lol. I would say the best punishment is to let the person know that if they ever did whetever it is again, that you would have to cut them out of your life forever. I have had to do that in the past and it's the best way to weed out the unhealthy people in your life but you have to mean it.

Speaking as a deeply religious puritanical hypocrite, the best form of punishment for me, would be unlimited wealth , decadence and naughty women 'who really know what their doing'. The turmoil would be unbearable.
Incidently, I've just trashed your greenhouse with a cricket bat. I think I deserve to be punished....

a eye for a eye this is what i think you kill some one you should be killed. you rape some one you should have your balls cut off. life in prison should mean life and not 25 years of it and you should break rocks for the rest of your life and not gain a diploma or paint pictures if you do a crime you should be able to do the time if you get court.
