Ever since seeing Starsky and Hutch with Stiller and Owen, I can't stop telling people to "do it" then I say "Seriously do it". I think I am annoying people with it now, but I can't help it. I find it hysterical!

Mine is "slam", used in the following context:

(Explaining something to someone) "Ok, so check this out - SLAM"

At the very point i say "Slam", i point to whatever it is i am explaining about.

Or if i am making a sandwhich with ham, etc, I'll hold the peice of meat and swing my arm in one full 270 degree motion, ending where the sandwhich is on the table. At which point, i shout "slam".

Word of the month.
