How do I contact sombody if I only have their IP address?

I used Craigslist to sell my old wireless router to somebody. I told him to hit the reset button and start from fresh. He didn't and now I'm receiving his dialy weblog in my e-mail every day. Other than it's annoying, the guy is a perve! I don't have his e-mail, but I have his IP from the weblogs. Any ideas?

Well, its a little difficult, but start by finding out Who actually owns the IP. (you can do this by entering the IP at http://dnsstuff.com in the IP who is lookup)

Once you have that information you can send an email to the ISP who owns the particular IP range. (usually [e-mail])

Request that they contact the guy and ask him to cease sending his weblogs to you.
