7x5=35 add 1 for 36
7x10=70 add 1 for 71
5x7=35 add 1 for 36
5x14=70 add 1 for 71

ergo, 2 two-digit whole numbers can be divided by 5 or 7 with a remainder of 1; 36 and 71

All the numbers that conform to: 5*7*n + 1 or

35n + 1

For n=3, 35n + 1 > 99, so....

answer is 2 (36 and 71)
