I will be 45 in August and think certainly the best years of my life are still ahead of me. I have children I am watching grow up. I have friends that are like treasure to me. I have my work helping people. I have a good out look on life because I care about other people and other people make your life worth while.

of course you can.your age doesont affect who you are as a person. jus because your 45 does not mean you hve 2 stop living your life

you see a glass with liquid in it would you see it as half empty or half full

your life isnt over till you say it is and if you say the best years of your life are ahead of you then dont jus sit around waiting for it to happen get out their n do all the things you have wanted to do make this life a memorable one and dont look at the rest of ur lif with a frown on your face, but with a smile

i think the best years of life are ahead, the years i have already lived were the training ground and as i get older i realize i don't have to make the mistakes i have made to get where i am going, every stage in my life means a new season to learn, it's like going through school, now i have graduated to middle school and soon i will be in senior high, lol.

Of course. Any moment is enjoyable as long as you have a positive attitude. You will find out that the more you live the richer you are, as you have more experiences. Focus on the good things in life (anytime) and give thanks for them. Then that is the best day of your life.
