Everytime I drive my new Honda cIty ZX over a speedbreaker, its underside scrapes.Does that happen with....?

all Honda City's or is it just my car.

Yes, it happens with my car also..The ground clearance is less as per Indian standards
The speedbreakers in India are not made as per standards and hence this.
I got a engine guard plate installed at the bottom

Sounds like the combo of your SPEED BREAKS and the height of the car is a real problem. Try upsizing your Wheels and tyres. We don't have the Honda City in the US, but I think it's similar to a small civic, kinda like the Honda FIT with 4 doors and Sedan like.
