WARNING! DO NOT EVER consider a hazardous animal as a PET !! " OH, it is so cute" and you can be so dead ! I am not kidding... I have had over 100 of them in my 50 year reptile career...and I NEVER considered ANY of them as pets.

You might have to do some looking in this link and possibly call one of the state numbers for specific answers.

If you continue to pursue your fascination with Cobras.. I would STRONGLY suggest that you do lots of research before you purchase.

First of all you need to get a certificate to prove your sanity before you go any further.
But I don't think anyone who wants a pet cobra would be able to get one.
Good luck to your family who have the job of looking after you.

what the hell would you want a pet cobra for?!?! I think you'd need more than a permit to get a cobra.

I think you'd need rocks in your head to do that, in ANY state.
