being an obstetrician/gynecologist...that's my mum's job & i think it's the most stressful as she's on call almost 24/7 & that means waking up in the middle of the night or messing up a day out with us 2 go deliver a baby...it's a very rewarding job but extremely stressful, also because she's responsible for both the mother & the baby...if god forbid anything goes wrong she'll get all the blame & punishment...

A full time student, working 2 jobs.

I mean age is a big factor in this as I am 38 and returned to school for a post-grad program. Also had to move back home, and I have a girlfriend too.

So, that's not really on occupation.

It is safe to say that someone who has to work in a hazardous environment and knows they have to enter it every day to get paid ... eg: a miner, underwater welder, etc

everyone has differing stress levels as do different jobs, for me personally i have a low stress level and being a parent pushes me to my limit, but you see some parents that can hold down a stressful career aswell !

my opinion is being a doctor and being responsible for other peoples lives must be very stressful and i wouldn't be able to cope with that pressure !

I'll throw my hat in the ring. I'm a CNA. My job revolves around caring for the elderly. Some of them lack independence and others lack mental capabilities. It's 8-16 hour shifts helping these people meet the needs that they cannot meet themselves doing all the dirty stuff that nurses and doctors won't do.

ALL the dirty stuff.

Thank God for the opportunity though.

I don't think it would be the most stressful (probably), but hospitality is pretty stressful - getting abused by public every day. This happens no matter haw nice u are to them!

Every job has stress it depends on how the person handles it.
If you like your job that helps to eliminate stress.
