That's such a lovely question! You've made my day! However, I hope they don't start doing that as I really like honey but not marmalade.
(Marmalade is made from citrus peels and lots of sugar by the way, not the juice so I doubt the bees would like the sour peels very much!)

no. Wild bees or cultured bees made their honey out of plants nectar sometimes cultured bees are being given ordinary sugar to supplement their nectar gathering specially during winter when flowers are hard to find.
