i am just on 14 weeks pregnant and i have had morning sickness from week 9 till wednesday (21st) and now its sunday night (25th) as i ive in Australia. i havent been sick for 4 days and i feel better then what i was.

Do you reckon i should wait another week before moving he bucket from the side of the bed, or is it safe to do it sooner?

when is it safe to say that it has officially gone?

Once you have a 4 day span of no vomiting, that means your are or are close to your sickness ending. You could get it once or twice more randomly but you will feel sooooo much better from here until your belly gets big lol! good luck!

Some people are lucky and don't have morning sickness. Some stop in their second trimester and others have it all the way through. I only had morning sickness from 10 weeks to the end of 11 or beginning of 12. I still don't have much morning sickness, but tonight is not a usual moment. It should be ebbing but you may still have morning sickness. This has been the only day since my ms stopped that I have had nausea. You should start feeling pretty good soon, but may still have the occasional morning sickness, or you may have none at all, or (heaven forbid) you may have it until you have the baby. Officially it will be gone after you have the baby.

It varies. The main cause of morning sickness is a combination of issues related to the chemical changes your body is going through. Mix a pinch of nutmeg powder with a table spoon of gooseberry juice, and take it thrice a day. Sip little by little ginger juice mixed with honey before you get out of bed.
