preferably nokia, sony ericson or samsung

No camera and can use a memory card? Dont think it exists. You can get a Sony P800, Sony P900 series for cheap - they use memory cards, but they have built in cameras.

my cousin just recently bought the samsung e250.

features:

camera/video recorder
mp3
FM radio
bluetooth
has a memory card slot for micro SD

it was 9100 pesos. it has good features for a cheap price.
