i got a panasonic vs3 and i put a t-mobile sim in and it will not let me make any phone calls....?

what it is i got a panasonic vs3 the otherday and well i put a t-mobile sim in and it will not let me make any phone calls i think the whole phone might be locked is there anyway i can find out a code to unlock it

you generally have to know someone who works at t-mobile or pay someone to do it
