Im currently an apprentice heating engineer, im a 21 yr old female. Since i was 9 i have been in modelling too. My mother always pushed me to do this. When i was 13 my dad died, he was h/engineer and i wanted to be like him. But now at 21 im getting alot more modeling work and have the chance to go to L.A. I think its the so called 'glam lifestyle' im wanting, but is it all that good? Few oppinions on what to do please. Thanx xxx

Engineering will be better in the long run, however modelling will be good for the short run. It depends on which is more important to you

Try to finish the apprenticeship then if all is well go for the modelling. If the modelling fails in any way then you always have your trade to fall back on, and a very good trade it is and will if necessary earn you a good living.

You're still young enough to do both, finish your apprenticeship then go for the modelling then you've got something to fall back on and great advertising possibilities

im sry 2 hear abou ur father but im sure hed want u 2 wat u feel best doing nd having a chance 2 go 2 la 4 modeling is a once in a lifetime opportunity dont waste it sure in a few years then wen ur dun wit modeling u can always go bac 2 being a plumer !!!

As a plumber you will make lots of money, messy hands and lots of hard work.
As a model you will make even lots more money,visit and more places,its lots easier work,glamoureous life style and meets lots of high society guys and earn FAME.
I would say go for modelling.
Think FAME and MONEY....what more cam you ask for yeh.
thats what i would say to my girls as well.

Do whatever your heart tells you to, life's too short and this isn't a rehearsal.
You're 21 and you need to live your life for you, your mum will understand whichever choice you make.
