As a person that has been single for quite some time I'm curious to see how long others have gone without being in a relationship and why they have gone so long.

4 years in June - because I haven't found anyone I want to be 'bound' to in that way. A relationship is a bond and I need someone of higher quality than those I have met lately to forge that bond with.

well, i was single from the time i was born until i was 15... so 15 years.... but i never really cared... i was dorky... haha. big glasses, chubby, braces, the works! Then i grew up and all the "fat" just stretched out with me and i became skinny, got large breast and a big butt, and then all the guys wanted me... like is weird. Sorry i'm sure you're wanting an answer from older people, but that's the longest i've gone. :)

4 years! why coz i chose to focus on raising my children and didnt need any more drama re any form of relationship with a man. I did however learn some amazing stuff about myself.

When I moved from Texas to California I was single for almost a year. I was sewing my wild oats! LOL
