East, then south to the Chocobo Farm. It's advised that you use a Chocobo to cross the swamps (to the west) since the Midgar Zoloms pack a hefty punch at this point in the game. From there you make your way to the Mythril Mine. The rest I'll leave to you.

Go south then east until you reach a Chocobo Farm. Talk to the Chocobo and select "Wark" he will give you a materia. You should get directions from there.
