Hi,
Could anyone tell me where I can find the starter motor on a Renault Espace Helios (1993)?
Any help will be much appreciated!

The engine is 2 litre Petrol.

Look at the engine. Where the engine and transmission come together is where you will find the starter.
It will look like a 10" long 6" round metal tube with a cap on the end. On the side of it will be the same shape but smaller with 1 big wire going directly to the battery and 2 or 3 smaller wires.
Ensure you unhook the negative batter clamp from the battery before you work on the starter.
The starter will be held in by 2 or 3 bolts.

What engine is it?
I'm sure that it is on the underside of the engine and you have to remove the driveshaft to gain access to it. A right pig of a job!!
