Why is there a need to keep your marriage a secret? Marriage is a happy occassion thus should be shared with family members, friends and colleagues.

i thought the whole object of a marriage was to publicly announce to all that you both intended to live for and with each other for better and for worse?

a 'secret' marriage is rather like asking people to shout 'quietly', to hit 'gently etc etc

society can be a big support to any relationship - so why deny yourselves that? unless of course you have something to hide? and if so is marriage being taken seriously here?

If the two lovers re single then you will faced with your family's displeasure,if both of either of you are married. Then welcome to the doomland where you will be hit by all legally and mentally. If you have not decided ,please stop!Think whether your love is a secret affair or a kind of divine relationship where you are not afriad to disclose to this world!Every realtionship should have a meaning or a term to define such as mother, father, sister, brother, fiance, husband, boyfriend any! What is yours

Kind of like Romeo & Juliette, he if you wanna keep it secret that's your business.
Las Vegas would be the best place. My husband and I got married there last year. The Justice of the peace is open 24/7 and there are so many places to get married. (Please just don't do the drive-thru) lol
