and it so happened that you are being disappointed, frustrated and had this low morale because of different frustrating situations happening at work, how would you motivate your employees to work effectively?

you can lead from the front

put into place rewards for positive things - however small

remembering to say 'please' and 'thank you' can also help raise morale

being sure that when you put things in place that whatever you give your word on HAPPENS

a lunchdate with the department once a week?

also be sure that the departmental procedures are adhered to and that everyone knows what these standards are

Envolving employees in planning and decision making, along with validation of the good things they have achieved, will help boost team morale and improve productivity...

frankly speaking..i hate being a leader or project manager...im seriously not into it...i prefer to be guide by some one much better than me...

teamwork.has to be inspired by one leader,who has enthusiasm
and be able to tell them what to do next and with whom and how and why and when.
