Selection of Indian team should be purely based on the talent and present form and not based on past records and glory. Further payment structure to Indian players shsould be strictly based on the performance and not based on experience and past records.

Add two different coaches, two sets of selectors, Why not send the Champion State team be selected to play International cricket. for India. That would remove the need for national selectors and National coach.

because, we are not living in UK(England and Scotland)
if india having two team then two chairmans two coaches, it will be big problem for Indian politicians to choose chairman.
one more fight, which team will be best.
