If a shop did this, I'd go back to them and complain.
Otherwise, there are a lot of solutions, but I'd try the most gentle one first: Get some color correcting shampoo, which will counteract the brassy color with some purple. (I haven't had good luck with this).
Another shampoo you can get would be one that's color depositing, and get it in an ash blonde tone. The ash will counteract the brassiness. Lather up your hair and leave the shampoo on a while. Test strands of it by wiping some of the shampoo off with a damp washcloth, until ithe color looks good. If this works for you, keep using this shampoo until the hair has grown out.
You used Pre-lightener and "normal dye". I know the pre-lightener has peroxide, and whatever you put on afterwards makes a difference. If the dye did not contain peroxide, or was called a temporary or semi-permanent color, you can expect the color to come out after a few shampoos or keep using one of the two types of shampoos for a while. To help the color come out, you can deep condition it a lot.
But If it was a permanent color, then you will have to do more to get the color out. You can go to a beauty supply and ask for a color remover (I forget the one I used once) or do a home treatment that must be done carefully so you don't damage the hair more:
You will do all this over your kitchen sink. Gather up 2 towels, shampoo, conditioner, baking soda, wide tooth comb.
Mix 4 pinches or teaspoons of soda in 2 cups of warm water Stir to make sure all the soda is dissolved. Set it aside.
Comb hair from neck forward over your face. Unles it's already very clean, shampoo it in the sink, rinse, gently wring out over sink and pat with towel to get most of water out.
Pour soda mixture through hair. Do not rub in or do anything rough while this is on the hair. The cuticle is open and it's fragile, susceptible to breakage.
Gently wrap it in a towel for about 30 min, but do not rub or pull on it. Toss towel in washer or hamper when you remove it so you don't use it again.
Go back to sink after 30 min and gently rinse thoroughly with warm water. Then rinse with conditioner mixed in water so you dont have to rub it in. Leave this conditioner on a while, wrapped in 2nd towel.
Rinse at sink again, towel dry and use a leave-in spray on conditioner such as Infusium 23.
Gently comb out and dry. The color should be lighter and the hair in better condition. Now you can shop for a good hair color in a neutral blonde, not anything that says golden.

If you really wanna do it yourself hun then I'd go for highlights. They give a more natural look. Put plenty through the top to lighten and add multitones to the colour. Should make it look less brassy and hopefully more natural. But highlighting can be tricky so i'd rope a friend in to help! Good luck hun xxx

Loreal do lovely ones in the silver box. You get a beige blonde one and the woman has short hair on the front, they have metallic tones which really tone down the yellow in dyed blode hair, silver toners are ok-but you you tend to get the phillip schofield slightly purple look if you over do it! Just use over pre lightner.

in the previous to procure your hair dyed on the salon did you dye your hair your self it relies upon what form of dye you have positioned into your hair I certainly have constantly lots of the time used the boxed dyes cuz i cant have adequate money to flow to the salon yet once you have dyed your hair with the boxed dye and then flow and get it achieved with the help of the salon it could have a different impression on your hair I certainly have achieved this and hated myself for doing this.yet like the female stated in the previous me grew to become into dye it an extremely easy blond and in spite of if that's purely too easy positioned some brown low lighting fixtures fixtures on your hair it is going to all artwork out

Go to a hairdresser and have it done professionally. I think some dying combinations can give a green tinge to your hair. I know it is exepensive but why not book yourself in as a model - great discounts or, try your local college which again, often need models.
