Saw IV (4) is in the works. They are to begin filming in April and it will once again come out around Halloween this year (October 2007). There has already been talk that there will be a Saw V (5) as well, with the actor who plays Jigsaw already on board to be in both, whether physical or flashbacks, we'll have to see.
But if you're talking about Saw III (3), it was gory and definitely worth a watch. The original is still my fave, but I did love Saw II (2) because of the complicated twists. Saw III (3) is okay because it kind of shows some backstory, but it is definitely the most gory of the 3 Saw movies!!

It's still in pre-production. Filming doesn't begin until April 16th.
The movie will be released on the 26th of October this year.
